     @kaia @georgia even if you discard animal suffering, reduce or stop the intake of animal products is the best ecological choice. Probably the more effective thing you can do as a consumer to protect the environment (reducing the water waste and pollution, greenhouse emissions, wilderness destruction…).

     There are also vegan athletes and fitness professionals, so it’s doable even if not that easy. And there are many vegan protein shakes and such.

     @s8n @kaia @dawcas the only reason the auroch (wild cow) no longer exists is because of humans, too. there are projects to recreate the auroch and I support the notion. Also the domestic cow can exist in peace with humanity without factory farming like in vedic times.
