It looks like some DNS caches are still holding out hope for the parking page so it may have the appearance of being up and down depending on your DNS cache. Level 3 has figured out what's going on, Cloudfed and Google can't seem to make up their mind.

     At 3am it redirected me to a basic bitch page about pest control. I was 50/50 on it being some sort of code ~ considered grabbing the go bag and heading to the bunker but decided to wait for more intel.
