     @cosullivan Do you have any suggestions for those of us who are #new to #mastodon to help understand this sort of #community #norm?

     My searches turn up plenty of links explaining federation and how to log in. I am having trouble finding things like what you posted, and do not want to blindly apply norms I learned elsewhere here.

     (P.S. Sorry if it is rude to reply with a much broader topic and a request to a targeted informational post.)
