   this is my cat, Puppy. if this boy doesn't think he's got it good i honestly don't know what else he'd want from me

     @cinnamon@chitter.xyz i didnt name him that, we just kept the name
     
     my mother in law is a veterinarian, he was brought in young for urinary issues and became the clinic cat for about 5 years, now he is ours. the original owners iirc were immigrants who spoke poor english and had named him "kitty". the clinic techs renamed him to "puppy" ostensibly as something temporary but it stuck

     puppy has a full size human chair. two, actually,, one is in the basement and one is not. same model from ikea. we brought them with us in our recent move because they are his. he knows it. we know it.
     
     if you are in one of his chairs and he wants to sit there, he will meow at you and you are expected to get up.
