McNadoMDNot super stoked by the increase in serious suicide attempts, off the rails alcohol use disorder, and people just generally losing control of their lives. Add to that the elderly or disabled folks showing up by EMS because their primary caregivers were deported, and toss in a little measles and some impending Medicaid cuts, and working in the ER right now kinda blows.
