@snacks this is Bulgaria. Most things are dirt cheap but for whatever reason the new marketing wave around fitness makes weights super expensive. Hate new marketing waves. "Bio" food nigga go to the veggie market and get yourself fruits and veggies for pennies it's that simple to eat healthy here this marketing doesnt work for anyone except for big city pseudowestoids that weren't raised right

@meso @snacks If you wanna lose weight, I recommend doing exercises with larger muscles in the body because they burn more calories to work by default. So basically, do squats. I lost like 15-20kg one time doing only squats every day for like 2-3 months, while also doing ~500kcal deficit of course. I need to start doing that again because I'm a fat fuckin soyjak rn.
