     Let them send you to collections. Got a couple thousand in medical bills? Wait for the collector to call you and offer them like $50. Seriously, it will work. They bought your debt for pennies, $50 is still profit for them.

     @feld I’ve not had insurance for 11 years.
     
     You’d be ill if you knew the total healthcare costs I pay yearly. That includes ER visits.
