     @ElDeadKennedy @MK2boogaloo the last laptop i had with that much ram was dreadful to use after 2019, mechanical hard drive and awful apu didn't help

     @nyanide @ElDeadKennedy I'm planning to give it SSD and a proper clean up later. Look, as long as you don't use the browser or play vidya then it's fine.
     
     I'm going to use it as a typewriter because I feel more comfortable writing in a limited system which limits my attention to one simple thing.

     Netsurf and basic 2d games could work. Maybe. But I would mostly use those computers as makeshift low power servers or terminals.
