     Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 can measure blood pressure. But that function is disabled in the US, because of regulatory BS. You can probably jailbreak it, but that shouldn't be necessary. Fuck bureaucrats.

     Withings sells a "smart blood pressure monitor". Reasonably compact, and likely much more accurate than any smartwatch-based BP measurement. Not terribly expensive either.
