   I saw an entire bench grinder on a floor stand down in the river. I also saw a solar panel.

   I'll go back later and see about picking up that solar panel

     OK, so it appears to be a cameo performance, but actually we meet her again in the 3rd act, where she turns out to be a secret genius scientist in the Resistance and the panel is actually an essential part of The Weapon that she has been building.

     I went back for the solar panel and got yelled at by a lady who emerged from under a nearby bridge to tell me it was hers
