     - add round things, round things with big eyes tend to be cute
     - add opposite characteristic for the moe value E.g: Sakaki from Azumanga (Tall and serious but secretly loves cats)
     - make them dumb or clueless
     - don't over design
     - add fluffy stuff but not too much to make them furry
