   correct me if am wrong: technically there are no #tariffs collectors at ports of entry. there’s only people who fill out some paperwork taking numbers declared at face value. then you, as the importer pay some minimum to get the goods "off the dock"; but it’s the #IRS that figures out how much on tariffs importers end up paying, based on sales reported to them, right?

     @blogdiva absolutely. Why would some of these folks need five or more yachts? one for each ocean? I looked this up once, and the total number of large yachts is greater than all of the world's navy ships combined. It's like a ghost navy of smugglers.
