     Except that he might snap those saggy lids back open tomorrow and reimpose them at the end of the week.

     There’s just no knowing. The rest of the world is going to be making ‘other arrangements’ for the sake of their own stability and their forward planning - which is absolutely impossible with the US until they impeach that fucker.
