   Here's a LibFem, arguing that womb transplants are a "good news story"!
   She doesn't give a toss that the first group who will start screeching their rights to this, on the NHS of course, will be men in frocks.
   
   A good news story would be that every orphaned child could be matched with loving adoptive parents. (Preferably with an actual female mother in the adopting family)!
