Anna e sóI took a look at several note-taking apps—with some of them being open source—and I was disheartened by the fact that very few apps in this space now offer an AI-free experience. The majority of them is pushing AI as the ultimate productivity tool, and many of them don’t even offer you or actively hide from you a way to opt out.
