   That is so true. - In early Christianity until the Fall of the Roman Empire a couple of hundred years later, Avarice was considered the most deadly sin.

   While not a churchgoer, looking at the behavior of today's rich, the corporations, and the politicians, regardless of faith, they did have a point:
