     The psychological definition precludes regular homosexual and heterosexual attraction to other humans though. It must, by definition, be directed at an object or non sexual body part to be considered a fetish.

     @mischievoustomato @lucy @sun most transwomen understand that chasers have a fetish, and that having relationships whether romantic or sexual with them isn't healthy for that reason. A lot of DL men specifically seek out transwomen for a reason, and they also tend to fetishize specific parts of them like genitalia. AreOh or some other masto annoying mfers are legit chasers and have been exposed as such. However, the phenomenon is also prevalent in the Latino and Black communities because of internalized homophobia. That's why there's a shit ton of rappers who are DL that the industry pretends to not know about.
