     Does anyone know if that is per person, per 1st plane load, or how many total?

     We should make private prison illegal. Its creating a profit motive for crime and for making more actions illegal. It can not be made more perverse than that.

     Judge Thacker, 4th Circuit judge, writes: “The United States Government has no legal authority to snatch a person who is lawfully present in the United States off the street and remove him from the country without due process. The Government’s contention otherwise, and its argument that the federal courts are powerless to intervene, are unconscionable.” 3/

     This means that the order to return Abrego Garcia to the U.S. by 11:59 PM on Monday, April 7, 2025 - tonight- remains in effect, unless and until the Trump executive appeals to the Supreme Court and they overturn the two lower courts. 2/
