     I wouldn't. Idaho and Montana are great places right now, and the last bastion of European DNA in the states.

     I spent most of my 20's in Cali, in the bay area the night winter weather is similar to Boise.

     Come to Idaho, Boise has an active nightlife. Also host an 80's night were everyone dresses up like its the 80s and you play the music and people love it.
