   A ver si cae la breva... ¿Alguno sabe de alguna forma de pasar .md a .pdf y Epub respetando el etiquetado del Markdown?

     esa solución es un poco burra.

     Podría hacer un comando por ahí uniendo md2groff y ya con groff hacer el PDF.

     Es bastante más liviano que pandoc y no necesita hacer estilos locos.

     sed -f md2groff.sed fichero.md | groff -step -k -Tpdf > fichero.pdf
