What I like about this Date Due card in particular (from a deaccessioned book on the history of Vermont libraries which I took home) is that you can see that my library got a stronger privacy policy in 1982.

1. A "date due" list from the back of a library book. The book has many dates listed starting in 1972. The top six checkouts all have last names next to them, like Herwig and Silloway. After the last one in Aug 20, 1981, the next checkout (January 25, 1983) has just a number next to it, presumably a library card number. The checkout dates continue, ending in 2018.
