   Me, an editor who retired my red pen eight years ago and promised to stop scolding people who misuse 'begs the question':

   "After the tariffs announcement, the S&P fell only 5% on Thursday and it will probably fall another 5% on Monday. As of the close on Friday, it's down 10.6%

   So if you want to write that Trump's tariffs are 'decimating the economy' you have this small two-day window when you will be technically correct..."
