NHS England have announced that they are setting up a programme of work to develop a care pathway for adults who have previously medically transitioned and later detransition. NHS care pathways should support all transition journeys, but in the current socio-political context we are deeply concerned about the potential for abuse and the political motivations behind this move, when support for detransitioners could be achieved without a separate pathway.   @transactualuk Charing Cross has always taken on people who wanted to detransition. The idea it needs to be something separately constituted is absurd. You are right to be concerned about where this can lead.
