    The ICC mandate more or less conflicts with virtually every country’s laws regarding arresting current heads of state (which is an act of war).

    I am surprised Hungary 🇭🇺 is exiting the ICC though, but I am not surprised by their refusal to arrest a foreign government leader (other nations have in the past refused to arrest heads of state).

      Hungary said it will start the process to withdraw from the International Criminal Court, just as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who faces an ICC arrest warrant, arrived in Budapest.
