     @dcc @gray Risc v appears to be a similar thing. Trying to emulate it in qemu induced a minor headache

     @nyanide @gray Nah, it does not have the same issuse. The reason you are having qemu issuses is more to do with qemu lol.

     @dcc @gray @nyanide Not really. There still isn't a specified way how to bootstrap it in the spec. Which also it the biggest pain point of ARM. It's still a wild west.
     
     Probably the biggest difference is that manufacturers don't usually hide their custom stuff behind NDAs and barely obtainable Linux patches.
