@tiny_m @chris As someone who used to work there, I don't think this is about money as it is about power over others, with a bit of envy sprinkled on top.

Shave off your 40+ age group and replace them with fresher meat, and you'll have enough narcissistic supply for the next couple of years at least, even if the money ends up being in short supply.
