   I forgot to get bird seed so my feeder at the office was empty for a week. I wonder if they worried that they'd angered the Seed God, and went away to do little rituals and sacrifices in order to appease me.

   It worked, the blessings of the Seed God have returned. Rejoice.

     We definitely need some better squirrel defence frfr, atm it's just a lazy porch cat who doesn't even bother to wake up and me with a slingshot (so I don't end up shooting a neighbour).

     I keep it on subscription with Chewy, it's easier.
     You're right, spring time and the birds are emptying my feeders twice a day right now.
     (The slinkies on the poles are supposed to slow the squirrels down.)
