     That's how unprepared and uneducated the *Vice President of the USA* is.

     For a supposedly important mission. To a region in *checks notes* the Arctic circle. Doesn't anyone brief them?

     Don't call it a clown show. Clown school is actually thorough and tough. Clowning needs talent and effort.
