Given the US administration is already sending letters asking firms in France and Ireland [probably other countries also] to confirm their abandonment of DEI, the EU should not be too slow in responding to this clear interference and intimidation of business practices in the EU. The US administration need to be made aware there will be robust consequences if they don’t butt out and stop interfering in how business operates elsewhere. The only thing a bully understands is a robust response and consequences.
