Time to close any American bases outside the USA, and send all the personnel back to the USA.
Time to stop trading with the USA
Time to stop visiting the USA
Time to isolate the USA in every possible way.

If governments of other countries don’t do this immediately, the USA is going to walk in and take everything it believes it should have. What any other country, or its inhabitants want or think is irellevant. This is a hostile administration, who doesn’t care about anyone except itself.
