   Lots of great suggestions to set up a burner email! However, keep in mind that as a university professor my work email is very very easy to find on the internet (and I get some really weird emails regularly anyway: "please look at my new theory of physics that I came up with after watching 3 youtube videos!)

     HOLY SHIT IT WORKED!! Someone just emailed me! I know where it fell!

     Will need some time to process this but wow, I got exactly one email, and it appears to be genuine.
