   Challenge to white Europeans: “I loved you when all we were doing was fucking over Brown people in faraway lands together but now you’re attacking us and we’re white and that’s not OK, so our romance is on hold until you come to your senses and we can go back to the way things were” isn’t the shining moral stance you might think it is.

     @Tooden I agree with what you say but let’s not turn this into a dunk on Denmark thread. I don’t think any country fares well once you start looking at all the things that have been swept under the rug. And that’s really the point. We should all be introspective and the tribalism of nationalism itself is a huge part of the problem.

     That's tough - for each of us when we think down to the bottom.
     About wars happening far away so we can easily ignore them.
     About people we allow to get treated badly by our countries companies abroad to deliver cheaper services where we live.
     About pollution we export overseas that kills people there.
     (... the list goes on and on ...)

     If we are honest, there are no excuses - only rationalizations 😣
