   I'm having chronic problems with Electron apps not working properly on dual monitors, fishing to see if anyone else is seeing this. I have no idea where to file a bug because I can't figure out where in the stack the problem is.

   Here's my stack:
   Slack/Signal/whatever Flatpak app
   Electron
   Wayland
   Fedora 41/Bluefin
   AMDgpu

   What happens is that windowing controls for the apps only work on 1 of my 2 screens ... just on monitor 2.

     Sorry, I don't know where the problem is, but I have 3 monitors and don't see any of these issues.

     Have you tried a fresh Gnome profile?

     ... that is, on monitor 2 I can resize the app window, max/min, click on tabs, and close the app. On monitor 1, I can't.

     If I unplug my laptop from the 2nd monitor, apps work normally. The symptoms appear to be that #Electron can't detect the mouse if it's in the "wrong" window.

     Ideas where to look?

     Kind of. Right now I'm using NVIDIA on Xorg, but I used to run Intel on Wayland. But it's Fedora (I did run Silverblue at some point).
