     @qxoko I see hints of the social media I want here and there in still-early projects like the Spritely and Earthstar.

     A few thoughts:
     - A thoughtful interplay between "high-trust" and "low-trust" spaces: relations within a server should be high-trust, but still make it possible to create "reach"
     - fully decentralized identity (but with external "provider" services as an option so you don't have to mange your own keys)
     - Folding in simple collaboration tools a la google docs into social spaces
