If Assassin’s Creed & the Tom Clancy series of games (Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon) are off the table & UbiSoft is looking to sell, there isn’t much aside from Watch Dogs, maybe Beyond Good & Evil? Just Dance could be a cash cow if not for the fact that relies on licensing music.

Nothing else in UbiSoft’s games portfolio screams ROI.
