    足底筋膜炎、あんなに苦しんだのにほぼ完治しました
    昨年晩秋に整形外科で炎症を抑える薬（と胃の粘膜を守る薬）を処方されて毎日飲み、靴に土踏まずをサポートするインソールを入れて衝撃を緩和したのが効いた
    先日のオフ貝でも結構歩いたんだけどぶり返さなかった（加齢と肥満が膝に来ているので体の重さで足取りも重いが）
    もう薬いらないぐらい
