     @kaia ex libris also includes rubber and ink stamps but usually whatever place uses the fancier term will have more chance to carry the paper crush kind than just rubber

     @mer thanks! I have a personalized stamp and know embossing is an option, but never found a good company that takes a vector design and makes a machine :comfy:

     @relentless_eduardo yeah, they were either used as seal to certify a document or as seal for envelopes to protect against unauthorized access. but the big ones were used to certify. today such seals are still in use at notaries, but they are made of plastics.
