   Monocles Chat's backup feature transfered the account and OMEMO keys to the new phone alright - but it did not transfer the chat logs.
   
   This is probably bug considering the backup file is like 32MB. :blobcat_daradara:

     @Polychrome From the archive the APKs are F-droid signed so the F-droid update will keep update tracking.
     Only the Codeberg version is different. Because we can't sign with the F-droid key, it can only be installed manually and separately.

     @monocles I've installed 1.7.11 on the target device and loaded the backup that was made from 2.0.5 on the old device. The chat history still fails to transfer.
