   The example ethical question requires more context to judge. Workplace accidents can be caused by negligence of the employer, but they can also be caused by an employee negligently ignoring safety protocols of their own accord.

     @Hoss the point is that discussion didnt alter opinions not that an indeterminate opinion is preferable, whatever judgement they had no amount of convincing altered it
