   @jake4480 Possibly. However, consider that our galactic cluster is in the middle of a void. It takes forever to get here from anywhere. When the aliens left home, they expected to meet Elvis. Imagine their surprise to encounter so many Elvis impersonators, back in the 90's. They were probably traveling all over the planet, documenting them all.

   It's always the simplest answer.

     My theory is that there was so much UFO activity in the 90s because the aliens were pretty impressed at all the great albums coming out around that time
