     Omfg, I LOATHE the power button in the keys!
     The last time I was in the market for a laptop, having the power button seperate was one of the criteria!

     My primary laptop has it centered above the keyboard, and it requires a rather definitive press. Not bad.
     I prefer what a buddy's laptop had late 90s, early 2000s... It was on the side and you had to slide it. Still momentary, but it was a slide.

     My little thinkpad at least has a button on the side. Almost as good.
