      @GoodBoyUV I think it's even simpler than that. Just have protein in every meal.
      Protein is the biggest of the 3 macronutrients that blunts hunger, even higher than fat and your body doesn't store protein. It just uses it in 2 days time.

      Eating more slowly also helps since it takes about 20 mins for the signal to travel and register in your brain that you are full, but I can argue that's secondary since a lot of the time people eat socially and are chatting while eating, making any meal take longer.

      Fructose bypasses almost all regulation and gets turned into triglycerides, and it has to be released through ketosis later if it's not immediately used in the glucose chain to make ATP. As well. The sugar type matters, but it also makes sense in the context of this post, makes it simple, and makes sense.
