   Mastodon.art is a good example of "how not to get Twitter artists out of their cage". The only thing worse than people who want to make the fedi Twitter are the people who want to make it more restrictive than Twitter. The same goes with Eugen's branding of "everything has to be Mastodon" which leads to like 20 instances calling themselves Mastodon, before waging jihad on Mastodon.tech instead of asking himself why are instances calling themselves this?
   
   The only art sites on the fediverse are either janny run shitholes or allow loli (which turns off some other artists as a result).

     @ryan @PhenomX6 Excuse me, you did not tag this post with a CW for eye contact. This is actually a phobia for many folx, and even the inference of media that is mentally challenging in any way causes them to spontaneously combust! Yikes!

     @PhenomX6 "eye contact" has to be the most ridiculous reason to put a spoiler tag on your post. The only reasons people do it is peer pressure from anyone else, and as a show of virtue. Anyone who is afraid of eye contact will get it without warning literally everywhere else on the internet and when they walk outside
