     @hj@shigusegubu.club @meso@new.asbestos.cafe Reflowing the motherboard is probably not something they intended the average consumer to do but I managed to repair my Fairphone 3 this way now.

     You can't even install a custom OS on your Fairphone. Fairphone is to phones what Framework is to laptops, a snake oil seller that promises to fix a problem by doing absolutely nothing to change the status quo.

     @sally@freesoftwareextremist.com @meso@new.asbestos.cafe Dude, stop making shit up when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. I can literally fastboot oem lock and relock the bootloader.
     
     The fact that your favorite custom rom, Graphene, does not work is not a hardware limitation. That is just a decision by the maintainers by the Graphene team to not build it for these devices.
     
     You can easily make your own version of Graphene for Fairphone by porting over the required drivers from Lineage or any other OS that supports Fairphone. It shouldn't be that hard.

     Come back to me when you can relock the bootloader and install Graphene.
