   let's do on-off weeks of NHS spending where one week there's zero spending and the other there's normal spending. it halves the costs and also weeds out the weak, so overall costs will drop in time /s

     @kaia But make it random weeks through the year, so people like me will never know if they’ll get the treatment that keeps us alive. This way we’ll live every day like it’s the last one, because maybe it really is! /j
