   OMG Chicago is bananas today. Here’s a snapshot of the dyeing of the river from the 44th floor (Chicago Architecture Center docent training this ayem). The streets are full of revelers and faux Irish. I, on the other hand am 4th gen off the boat, County Longford roots.

     Things I’m learning bc I’m old: kids walk around with gallon jugs of god knows what intoxicant. Girls tuck their tee shirts into their bra bands to create a makeshift halter top.
