2. A close-up telescope shot of the mostly eclipsed Moon, this time with the brightness adjusted to show the side covered in shadow. All but the top right crescent of the Moon is covered with the Earth's shadow and appears red. In the red area, details of the moon's surface including the craters and dark maria are clear. The bright part of the Moon is bright white and no details are visible.
