   @furkarufam hmm not sure about those extra details but I'll have to ask! I didn't get the impression that they offered a lot of extra things other than the machine being available.

     Considering they're suggesting Thingiverse and don't accept 3MF files, they're still working with 3-5 year old tech.

     Please keep that in mind, and don't use your experiences with the technology or the product as your decision point to buy a printer or not. Use the opportunity to learn about what you can do, without focusing on the how.
