     @sun @arcana i mean i think its possible he was fairly progressive, i think joe rogan was at one point, but he lacked a father figure - so he was very open to changing his view points to fit in with other older men.

     @eemmaa @arcana well yeah just like of course for joe rogan or elon musk they are coming from a place of comfort.
     
     although, I think they really are for example pro gay marriage and progressive on some other issues but I don't know that they would protest if it went away.

     @eemmaa @arcana my issue has been, at least in terms of "who do you support" that we only get a binary choice. I did not actually vote in the last three elections because of shit choice. if you support policies but you don't support politicians you're basically ineffectual unless you go for "direct action"

     @sun @arcana I mean same that’s why I haven’t participated, but idk , like don’t trust a dude with issue that affect me that does petty shit like sed lgbt and pointlessly insult on a regular basis. Then going after health care funding. The threat of pulling federal funding over murals. The arrest and deportation green card holders for speech on campuses. I just like this guy seems like a danger now.
