JFC the basic core of human society is that we look after each other, tens of thousands of years ago those of us out berry picking and hunting shared everything with the old, the injured and the young, not everyone can work to survive, so we share with them. it's like basic human 101. fucks sake. aargh

I seriously doubt our distant ancestors allowed one of their own to horde all the berries, take everyone elses berries, and then they all stood around going "wow what a genius" while starving to death

isn't there some million year old human skeleton with a healed broken leg, so they must have been cared for and loved and looked after even though they were no longer able to hunt or whatever
